This isn't a band that will be accused of taking itself too seriously. From infectious instrumentals like "Jesse's Tantz" and "The Black Wedding" to "And The Angels Sing" and "Coney Island" (both of which feature the vocal talents of Rosalie Gerut and Betty Silberman), this generally lighthearted CD leaves no doubt that Shirim is intent on having fun. ~ Alex Henderson
