Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at the Israel Book Shop. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy.  

Eligible Returns:

• Unopened and Unused Items: Items must be in their original, unopened condition.
• Within 7 Days: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the order's delivery date.

Return Process:

1. Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service team at (617) 566-7113 or orders@israelbookshop.com to initiate a return.
2. Obtain a Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) that must be included with your return.
3. Package the Item: Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
4. Include the RA#: Clearly write the RA# on the outside of the package.
5. Ship the Return: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds:

• Original Purchase Price: Upon receipt of your returned item(s) in eligible condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
• Shipping Costs: We will only refund shipping costs if the return is due to our error.

Exceptions:

• Customized or Personalized Items: These items are typically non-returnable.
• Sale Items: Sale items may have specific return restrictions.

Additional Notes:

• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.
• Missing Items: If your order is missing items, please notify us within 1 business day of delivery.
